I think he might have had a couple of drives at Mohawk back around 2007...but certainly never made a living driving there.

I mean wouldn’t it be fun to add him to weg?
Put everything aside. He might only bay 200 there. But it would still be fun to see!

Oh and the money that would follow him.
It’s like everywhere the guy drives the handles are effected.
How do you leave him off the ticket. Even driving for me lol

Since the indictments came out all of a sudden it's the tracks that are trying to put on a good face and their just as guilty, them and the AGCO. I honestly believe that a good number have something to cover up, and the canaries will see to it that many more will be charged.

It hurts to say. But I agree with you.

It’s not fair or right that the powers that be can do this shit. The little guy can’t get a fair shake anymore. People need to learn second chances are deserving of people who put in the time and prove them selves again.

Flamboro he drove all last year , one of the top drivers,he was asked to leave ,yet they still allow a trainer with animal cruelty charges lending and another trainer with pending fines and suspension for abusing a horse in a race paddock

ST. LOUIS’S DISCIPLINARY RECORD

The United States Trotting Association print outs of ST. LOUIS’s record is found at Exhibit 3, pp. 32-36, 61-63 and 67-77.  A compilation of the record prepared by counsel for WEG and agreed to by all parties as accurate, is also found at Exhibit 3, pp.103-106.

The record covers the period April, 2007 to March, 2019.  In that time ST. LOUIS had some 30 violations.  Three offences involved failure to obey the instructions of racing officials.  Five offences involved excessive or indiscriminate use of the whip.  Five offences involved kicking a horse. Three offences involved giving false or misleading statements to racing Officials. One offence involved administering an injectable to a horse on the grounds where horses eligible to race are kept.  One offence involved ST. LOUIS being on the grounds of a racetrack while under suspension.  One offence involved a violation of a period probation by training horses.  One offence involved violating a settlement agreement.

For the last two offences, ST. LOUIS was suspended for a total of approximately 5 years, excluding him from racing from early 2013 to early 2018.

The most serious offences and the ones most relied on by WEG, GREAT CANADIAN, and GRAND RIVER, were the following:

July 18, 2009                        Michigan

Mr. St. Louis, while under oath, made false and misleading statements regarding the death of the horse ALEX E MEL. He did admit to the death, burning and burial of the horse and in doing so he did attempt to conceal, tamper, and destroy evidence in the case by the improperly burying the dead horse in violation of State Law. Mr. St. Louis’ actions constitute a failure to conduct himself in a manner befitting the best interest of racing and reasonably threatens and undermines public confidence in the integrity of racing.”

Penalty – 1 year suspension, $3,500 fine

July 22, 2009                        Michigan

His actions constitute failure to conduct himself in a manner best befitting the best interest of racing and reasonably threatens or undermines public confidence in the integrity of racing.”

Penalty – 180 day suspension, $1,500 fine

July 22, 2009                        Michigan

“Mr. St. Louis was in the grandstand of Sports Creek Raceway on 3 occasion, one being on 7/22/09 while under suspension which was a violation of the MORC  Stewards Ruling #5836. These actions also result in Mr. St. Louis not receiving credit for time served.”

Penalty – 30 day suspension

He hasn't done his "time". His "time" should have been served in prison, for the animal abuse. This scumbag should NEVER be allowed near a horse. St. Louis is a poster boy for why harness racing should be shut down.
