Race 8 Marc St. Louis driving # 7 Mach Shark. Violation Rule 22.23.03(b) did use more than acceptable wrist action while using his whip past 3⁄4’s. This is a 4th violation of the urging rules within one year of the 1st violation. Mr. St. Louis is fully suspended after this evening and referred to the Director. Ruling 1109571.
Also, we will be dealing with Mr. St. Louis for a 4th violation within 6 months of Rule 22.19 did fail to keep both feet in the stirrups.

I have to say this. Stewart McQueen is a vocal supporter of St. Louis and I think he is wrong to do so but he is definitely a stand up guy. He's good for the industry and it sure would be a shame if he gets tarnished by association.
His support for the charity driver challenge at Western Fair is generous and I think fairly typical of his nature.
