Genius, last year:  Total Handle: $2,503,386 on a fast track.  Last night was a deluge of rain.  Go get a job at CNN already. You have the same credibility.

WASNT RAINING IN MY LIVING ROOM, OBVIOUSLY PEOPLE FOUND WAGERING ON A SCIOTO DOWNS PROGRAM BETTER THAN A MEADOWLANDS CARD.  I BLAME THAT ON NO ONE OTHER THAN GURAL

The harness racing market shrunk and is struggling to be relevant. This belief there will be a pent-up demand for wagering on harness racing was and is a pipe dream. In 3 months, people have changed their behavior in the how they they will spend their gambling dollars.
It will take a strong, well targeted and funded marketing program. When was the last time you saw that? Even then, the cost will prove to be cost prohibitive.

If there is a viable market for harness racing wagering, the $2,882,818 was disappointing. Let's see what happens over the next few weeks.

You should apologize before someone shows you how Mohawk did y/o/y or lists the # of tracks that ran yesterday vs a year ago.

Everybody RELAX on bigtrack handles...wait for fullstories to play out.

CASINO NOT OPEN AT MOHAWK

NO FANS AT MOHAWK, SO NO LINEUPS TO BET WITH TELLERS, AND MOST IMPORTANT, IN THOSE LINES NO 'OTHER TRACK TVS' TO BET ON AS WELL WHEN YOURE IN LINES..

NO FANS IN TORONTO AT WOODBINE TBREDS SO NO CROSSOVER ACTION

AND OF COURSE NO OTBs LOCATIONS OPEN IN THE ONTARIO SO LOTS OF HANDLE, ESP. FROM SUPER SENIORS, IMMIGRANTS AND WELFARE FANS...THATS HANDLE TRACKS ARENT SEEING

it all adds up.....

THE BASTARD FUCKERS CLOSED THE BETTING WINDOW IN THE PADDOCK

THIS SHIT HAS GOT TO GET BACK TO NORMAL AND SOONER THE BETTER

IF US DRIVERS CANT BET, NO ONE SHOULD BE ABLE TO BET

I was actually shocked with 13 races I thought 4 million was obtainable. To not even get close to 3 was extremely disappointing. Maybe tonight .

Every track I have been to has at least one self betting terminal in the paddock for drivers, trainers, grooms, judges, the food/concession worker, the judge, track employees, etc to wager.

I noticed the handle on a couple of Meds races -- and thought this is not the number they had to be hoping for.
