Pursuant to New York State Gaming Rules 4120.2 (Restricted use of drugs, medications and substances), 4120.3(A)(19) (Equine Drug Thresholds) and 4120.4 (Trainer Responsibility), Jennifer Petrelli, as Trainer of record of JESSIES OUTLAWED, is hereby fined the sum of $1,000.00 and suspended for a period of 7 days. Further, pursuant to New York State Gaming Rule 4120.5, JESSIES OUTLAWED, is declared disqualified from said race and all purse earnings shall be returned and redistributed to appropriate finishers and must re-test negative for Methocarbamol prior to being eligible to race. Having appeared before a representative of the New York State Gaming Commission on September 30, 2026, and waived the right to a formal hearing and appeal, the fine is hereby reduced to $500.00 and the suspension reduced to 3 days. During the term of her suspension, Trainer Jennifer Petrelli is denied access to all course and grounds under the jurisdiction of the New York Gaming Commission.
