I wouldn't rely on AI for breeding intel at this point in time as it merely regurgitates and synthesizes information and quotes it finds on the internet from farms, hru, drf etc.  When someone "feeds" true historical breeding data over time which can then be analyzed into hard data and results is when AI will have the "intelligence" it needs to provide valid breeding advice.

I could probably prompt it to tell me that Lance is a good cross for a variety of names ;>>)

Years ago, there was a service called Pedigree Matching, that looked at the breeding as to whether a mare and a stud would be a good match.  Is this still around?  I don't recall it working out well for their "matches".
