He's very fan friendly. The staff at the restaurant said go up to him and say hello and I did when I was at Tioga on EBC day in August 2025. He is very astute and knows what is going on in the business. He actually asked me a question upon saying hello to meet him and caught me off guard! At least he cares about the business, unlike the other entities who own racetracks.

Im not sure how long Gural will stay if he doesn't get the casino he has always wanted. I'm sure he and his wife have enough money to travel the world 100 times over. He should just "dump" all three tracks and enjoy his life. The question is.....who will buy the tracks?
