$100,000 Proposition for 2027
« on: March 29, 2026, 01:19:36 AM »
Speaking to SDST2009 he's (I assume a he) very sincere, very knowledgeable, respectful going back to his first posts here.  Talks straight too.

I'm winding down the gambling, I just don't enjoy it anymore.  I don't have the stamina, and obviously the results show that.

These are my conditions...

I'm in South Florida, let's say I'm alive in 2027, and I want to invest in harness racing $100k and never a penny more out of pocket, but profit, yes.  I'll likely have a home in NYC too before then.

Not in it for a hobby, but a business.

I'd like to spend more time learning about equine well being, more time on the farm around animals and those who care for them.  Seems very tranquil and the hand full of times in my life I enjoyed it.

If racing, I never want to race an unsound horse, must always be 100%.

If I own a race horse, I want it for life, it's family.

No unlawful drugs, no undetectable stuff.  No nonsense.

Maybe not racing, but breeding, or some other aspect, although racing seems the most exciting, but I have the patience for breeding too.

Lastly, part of my investment would be giving a (one free) junior partnership with i.e. trainer, breeder, vet, a very crucial person that we would share that common goal to win, be at profit and always look out  for the best interest of the horse(s).

Please tell me.  ;D

He says he wants to be in a profitable business, but goes on to describe a retirement "hobby", or a really poorly thought out business plan.
Only a small percentage of owners actually make money. This "plan" will only work if he gets lucky and finds the next So Much More.

Mike Petrelli

I wouldn't do anything without consulting with Mike.

As long as he'd discuss, I'd be fortunate.

I think he'd get this business model because in part I came up with the expanded version with it thinking last night of him rehabbing DC's mare.

He says he wants to be in a profitable business, but goes on to describe a retirement "hobby", or a really poorly thought out business plan.

Fucko, I'm the investor.

Pitching me, and I set the conditions.

Brains also work well with luck you dummy.

The business model hasn't been formed.

But as I slept on it, I think I figured out the direction.

To bid on quality existing racing horses that might need to be rehabbed and  treated, then brought to better handlers, then back to the track or breeding.

Possibly an owner share (fractional?) too where I'd be majority partner, decision maker with our junior partner and other experts.

You're disqualified from participation, however freely sling your insults!  ;D

This sounds like a perfect plan for you lmao.
Consult with a failed trainer.

Stick to your 10 cent Pick 3s. That should make your pretend 100k last 10 years, and will likely be a better investment than your hay and oats dream world.

 ngc3

Never saw a ten cent pick 3.

Why are you so angry?

And dishonest?

And need to be anonymous?

What are you afraid and ashamed of?

You're not a cheating, drugging, a horse abuser or support such, are you?

Stay hidden, be hateful, hurtful and let that fear eat you until you're no more.  11.gn

NOW - 99% of this forum knows and agrees you're a complete asshole, well done - but enjoy the 1% of the friends here you find in the like in mice!  ;D

Tigger wants to bring in investors on this non starter, but is always ready to pound hard on TheStable.
What a hypocritical, moronic, douche bag.
Stick with your Wednesday night, non starter, gabfest with SCM.   At least it isn't a waste of your money!!!

This is all nonsense. The only thing we know for certain is that Trigger forgot to wipe his ass this morning.

Why all the insults on trigger,    Yes he is way off base wanting honesty in this game of coverups and a game were non cheating makes you look like turd but would it not be a great thing, Racing only sound was the only thing that made no sense because in all sports when the playoffs start everyone is on pain meds   and working on one leg,   Wanting kindness for the horse may not be real but would it not be kind,

We all know that the performance %s on horses go up on average for being switched to better % trainers, drivers.  No secret there.  There is still opportunity there, but not all what I'm trying to describe in vision.

I'm not sure I'd want to ever be involved in the racing.

Just work with a vets and veterinary surgeons with a lot of wisdom that can even just look and make a sound educated guess, gain a reputation of where we can get leads from folks too (beyond visual and do other up close health inspections and testing) on horses needing the kind of care that the current connections can't do, won't do, didn't even know to do.

Then bring them to their next chapter in life whether racing, breeding, retirement, another career to other ethical ONLY professionals.

This can be charitable and profitable.

The $100,000 not sure if that would fly, might be missing a couple of zeros  ngc3

Get at least one more zero

At this time I can get half way there to that by 2027 in liquid cash.

Things happened now that guarantee that.

Luckily that number can grow too.

But even a half a rock and all in - not the plan.  ngc3
