Debtors are looking for a 363 sale.....in short, meaning all of assets are sold free and clear of any liability.....the y hope for a suitable buyer who is interested in a "going concern sale." Really? Fortunately, it's not up to Carey. Any hope for a reorganization so they can restart operating MUST be approved. Ain't gonna happen. At least it shouldn't.
