The betting there the last 2 days is nuts. Like yesterday at Northfield. Again race 8. Carrot top and Noble are both 6/5 with like $3500 bet to win on each horse. Noble is off the board. Carrot top finishes 2nd. And pays $7.80 to place. Because there was only $300 bet to place on a 6/5 shot. But Noble had over $1000 bet to place. Very strange.
Worth mentioning that race handled over $194K (including pick 6 starting that race)...big pools all weekend at the flying turns. Bettors love hammering those big favorites.

The CAWs are there but it's more like 25% of the total handle...no more or less than other tracks.
you seem to have grossly under estimated the percentage of the handle that the CAWs are in realitythere have been reports that M1 the number(sorry numper)is roughly 50%retail handle is shrinking way faster than the overall handle is
