Who was the best mare to compete vs. the boys?

Shady Daisy beat the boys on occasion. She was a beast.
The best would be hard for me to determine. When I started following closely mare pacers rarely faced the boys.
Trotters mentioned by others were memorable. Moni Maker on the world stage, Scenic Regal winning while handicapped, & Cr K Suzie had tremendous speed.

I always admired and respected the mares who raced against the boys, on several occasions and on the biggest stage. So, for me it was Handle With Care, CR Kay Suzie, Peace Corps, and Moni Maker. You can't forget Fan Hanover going three wide in her elimination and then coming back to win the LBJ.

I read somewhere that Proximity set two track records at two different distances the same day at one of the Western New York tracks.
Any truth to that?
