Just another reason I won't play Shenandoah.  I figured Wagner horses would be running there under someone elses name.  Been trying to figure out if he has a beard at Rosecroft also.   Criminal pos.  I think Rosecroft has been making sure he isn't running horses there and he was banned from being on grounds.  9 horses testing positive was sick.  He should be in jail and banned for life from ALL tracks!
