I've known Frank for almost 30 years, and he was always a cheap skate. Got into trouble with his horse auctions that he held at the fairgrounds. Then all of a sudden, he's filthy rich and buying horses by the dozen. I know he sold one for big money years ago. And your right he always Flys below the radar. But this is Delaware and DHRC doesn't like to rattle the cage!

I knew Frank from back at Brandywine Raceway. He and another guy named Joe were part owners of a $5000 claimer. He had little money back then but when Delaware got slots, the horse racing industry in Delaware picked up and he opened his business in Harrington and has done well with it. He's also had a few very nice horses who made nice money, one filly in particular that he ended up selling.

Way to go

All I said was his business picked up after Delaware got slots, which it did. I never said anything about what year they got them, but don't worry, your participation trophy is on the way.

Bought my first jog cart from Chicks. Always dealt with Jimmy. Good guy. Used to have equipment and returns auctions on site. The warehouse was a cluster fuck!

If he came from wealth as you say, how come he didn't have a pot to pee in then? I may have to rescind your participation trophy due to ignorance.
