 few years back dont know if its his process still

when you put him on your horses,,his request was 7 to 10 percent of winnings rather than  the standard 5 percent ..

dont know i he still requests that..
 you didnt agree you didnt put him on your horses..

FACT!!!

did that leave a bad taste in owners and trainers mouth idk,,

i was stating that  in last few  years his stakes winning drives and wins have deminished greatly ..

hes still an awesome driver

That would explain alot and I would understand the loss of woners who were paying other elite driver 5% and a tip.

gh2009 you do realize he was barely a top 10 driver at the meds right?he finished behind stratton,bartlett,and andy miller. give me a break.the guy was the best for a period of time.its not his time anymore.only good thing is bettors like you live in the past with his skills giving better odds on others who are better

I'm well aware of how poorly he did at Meadowlands this year and frankly couldn't care less if he's a top 5, 10, 20, or 100 driver. I am living in the present, but for some reason you don't like him, which is your right.  If he has the horse he can still win. If you drive all longshots, you're not going to win much and that goes for any driver. Think we need to move on to another topic.

Dave Miller is moving to Ohio. That should open up more live drives. Will he get Burke drives?
Tetrick is over 8 million in 2024. It is good but a down year for him.

Some have said his attitude can rub some owners the wrong way.

Timmy has burned all his bridges and now he can't get drives so what talent he does have means nothing.  Career over!

With the success he had for years, he turned into a full of himself prick!   tmbz1

Even without live horses in the big races he has still managed to have over 8 million in purse earnings this year. I'm sure he'd like to make more, but making $400,000 isn't exactly the time to call it a career.

You forgot to add in the extra 2-5% on his 7-10% states drives!!

Yeah right.  43 years old.  He's done for.  ngc3 ngc3 ngc3 ngc3 ngc3

No one in this business survives past that age  ngc3 ngc3 ngc3 ngc3 ngc3

I mean really .. There are dudes twice his age still training and occasionally  driving.

If a driver needs a slump buster --- have someone trash him on HORSEPLOP

Sunday

Wins = 6   one paid $12 another & another like $25

Places = 2

Show = 3

Sure Timmy T appreciated the question of his ability ===  the good ole days when Campbell would get trashed and said he lost in the spring, then crush all summer long.

  • Trigger: Very good analysis Calhoun, moreso from my perspective that Albin Jimenez was suspended and the #2 ride was really suspicious and overooked.  Is it possible that there is action equal to far greater outside mutual pools worldwide?

  • Calhoun: That tri pool was $4500. Net of takeout $3300.  Out of 60 possible outcomes, the result was  5th most likely out of 60 (using win odds to calc). Paid 14 to 1. Doesn't seem awful. It also would have been bet pretty good by the genpop. Maybe rigged for the 3 to win but the tri? I think not too likely.

  • Trigger: The race that everyone is talking about where Jimenez #1 stiffs his horse to finish behind the #3 his gf, but no one mentions the #2 (Lebron) and how he stiffed to be behind Jimenez.  To set up the 312 tri watch the stretch. [link]
