They file suit and allege that Monticello has failed to share $13.4mm of gaming proceeds. Below is the complaint. This has nothing to do with the NJ and casinos outside AC discussion, however, this is an intra-state conflict that can impact dealings inside NY State.....case should settle before trial.

Can the owner of Monticello Raceway (I believe it is Resort World) actually pay it.  Are they 'cashed strapped now or were they in the past?
