Shouldn't people on the list who purchased EPO be banned by the USTA from ever holding a trainers license??

Gural--banned them and Harrahs if you get an EPO positive--you are banned there for life.

Why should they be allowed to race elsewhere?? Asking for a friend.

Thanks for breaking the news and sorry for doubting you. It's just such a poor example of something that Gural would or should have said about his ownership of horses and the cause of the delay in implementation of the ban.

Though I highly applaud the ban.

Regarding PA and DE, they may finally have their excuse to decouple racing and the casinos.

Now you know why the harness criminals are fighting against HISA being enacted, as there would be no doubt about an EPO positive. If you get one, HISA rules would revoke your license and maybe indict you for a controlled dangerous substance. As it stands now, most will probably wiggle their way into racing in another state.

Dylan Davis- had EPO detected..NO WAY!  Hell hes been using that for years!

Kevin Lare- another one who's always been squeaky clean!  Hès had more positives than can count. This time he takes down his boy Franke Chick! Not to mention his mom!

Art Stafford- Sooner or later feds are going to get you, sooner or later..You know the song sing along! 

Eddie Dennis- This one a surprise. Had to be from Eric Goods horse. But most of the time a no factor.

What’s the chances any track does anything with this information? If they don’t have USTA suspensions, it’s going to be Meadowlands/tioga only. Gural is literally the only one that gives a fuck.

I'm sure there are some tracks that have probably already called the people on the list and offered them a place to race.
