I’ve been wondering when a couple of Ohio names wou on d pop up. Somehow I knew but I guess the OSRC didn’t as they allowed trainers to continue racing.

Gural is saying to hell with the gamblers, since I'm going to race my horses here through my november stakes, deal with gambling on these cheats until my horses are turned out
