The latest coming out of hillbillville is Brandon bates brought a loaded gun to paddock at Hoosier last night to square up with a few of the loud mouth hillbilly drivers and security confiscated it and he is banded for the rest of his life at Hoosier. Maybe lucPark or Frankie d can give us the hole story. Trent told me he will never race in the state of Indiana again.

Holy shit. If that's actually what happened I would think a punishment more than being banded in Indiana is forthcoming. I've seen some crazy stuff in my years at this game but I've never seen anyone bring a gun into the paddock.

This makes no sense because even if he is guilty of having a weapon there would certainly be a hearing of some sort.  Assuming that he is found guilty then penalties or punishment would be administered.  He is certainly entitled to some sort of hearing or an opportunity to explain the circumstances.
