FURTHER, MANY WHO ARE STILL COMMITTING CRIMES WOULD STOP IF THEY WERE AWARE THEY WERE NAMED OR NOTICED BY THE FEDERAL INDICTMENT. ADDITIONALLY, USUALLY THE SEALED INDICTMENTS ARE NOT OPENED UNTIL THE COMPLETE CASE HAS BEEN PLED OR TRIED. THE GOVERNMENT WANTS TO SEE WHAT WITNESSES TRULY HELPED THE PROSECUTORS AND WHO DID NOT. FURTHER, THE CONSPIRACIES USUALLY UNWIND AS THE TRIAL PROCEEDS. THE INDICTMENTS HAVE BEEN SEALED---THOSE THAT ARE WITNESSES WILL HAVE TO WAIT TO BE SENTENCED OR FOR ALL CHARGES TO BE DROPPED----DEPENDING ON HOW IMPORTANT THEY WERE IN THE CONVICTIONS. WHEN THE INDICTMENTS ARE OPENED MANY MORE WILL BE EXPOSED. IT WOULD BE INSANE FOR ANY OF THESE FOLKS TO EVER RACE AGAIN ---TRAIN AGAIN. THE STATES WILL NOT EMBARASS THEIRSELVES REGARDING THIS TYPE OF ACTIVITY. FURTHER, THESE ARE ALL FEDERAL CHARGES SO FAR. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THE STATE CAN PURSUE CHARGE AS WELL.
