Bail terms could state no contact with horses or horse racing industry.  Obviously doesn't, but could have.

Question, If you had a mare like Omen Hanover trained by Lou Pena then Nick Surick and probably run through all sorts of chemicals, how do you buy a $185,000 yearling from a suspected juice trained mare? There was a recent yearling just bought. I know that she spit out a breeders crown champ with a somebeachsomewher e I think but I never understood fraudulant racelines with horses that become stallions or mares etc......

isnt this a form of fraud?
Shouldnt the owner give back the money earned from the yearling sale to the owners and bettors that were scammed?

just thoughts...
