xactly - nobody wants nobody gettin the virus.  That's certain.  The hang-up is not exclusively the race comm. or ass-o-ciations, it rests somewhat w/ horse people that aren't flexible and demand racing is same old / same old/  and, for that reason - racing will not resume until there's an all clear.

The racing commission in Pa is closed, they will not come back till Wolf gives the all clear, maybe after he takes the cash to help pay the states bills. He might leave a little bit and give that to the breeders, they actually have lobbyists. Not going to start up anytime soon!
