Driver George Luster is hereby required to sign a test agreement California Horse Racing Board Rule #1498 (C) as a result of a positive test on his drivers physical required by California Horse Racing Board rule #1498 (B). Driver Luster has since tested clean for any drugs.

All horses owned or trainer by Luster are hereby suspended and these horses may be sold or transferred upon the approval of the Board of Stewards.
