Driver George Luster is hereby required to sign a test agreement California Horse Racing Board Rule #1498 (C) as a result of a positive test on his drivers physical required by California Horse Racing Board rule #1498 (B). Driver Luster has since tested clean for any drugs.

Engaged in the use of illegal or prohibited drugs. During the term of suspension all license privileges are suspended. Subject is denied access to all premises in this jurisdiction.
