no offense, but letting these horsemen owe is irresponsible on both sides. yeah they keep hoping for slots, but someone better check the writing in that slots bill real closely. does it say slots = the end of recapture or not? any expanded gambling or cut of the boats' profits going forward has to have a clause killing recapture or this merry-go-round will never come to a stop.

FYI the IRB just ruled in our favor and won't let the Johnson's eliminate Wednesday racing. So they should be signing the contract any day now and Ira is helping all he can.
