I did watch it.  I wouldn’t respond if I didn’t. He definitely could have kept his brother locked in. No doubt in my mind instead saw it was him. Moved over just enough and when the horse was coming inside moved over to let him win. Yes let him win he made it look good acting skills at end hitting horse. But definitely could have prevented horse from coming 100%

Did anyone else see Andrew McCarthy yank the right line to give his brother Todd the room he needed. I guess he decided to keep it in the family, it is amazing that the Meadowlands allow these two to race in the same race together. They both are getting great stock to drive too, so it is like this many races a night.  It is such a bad look. And no I did not wager in that race.

That question was already answered Mike. BB3 was determined by FBI to be an EPO mimetic-which if you read the rules-is a Class1 positive-so for all intents and purposes-its classified as the same as EPO. In some racing jurisdictions--its an automatic life suspension. It also wasnt as if this was a one time deal--it was ordered on numerous occasions--so many horses would have been administered this stuff.
