Thoroughbred Racing / SPA Day XXXIV, Sunday, 8/24/25

SPA weather calls for light rain even if so 0.16" predicted is not impactful so FAST & FIRM is expected. Mid 70's, light breeze. First post is at 1:10 pm and a 10 race card there.

I'm only doing the 8th, a 1 1/16 mile turf stake's race. Also stake's races at - Monmouth, Woodbine, Ellis and Del Mar. All forecasted to be nice weather so likely FAST & FIRM too.

Harness Racing - Harrah's Chester (FAST), Tioga (Unknown weather) and Red Mile (FAST) have stakes races in their cards as well. Mostly 2-3 yo cg / f, pacers and trotters. Tioga has a strong chance of rain, we'll see tomorrow.

I'm looking at 11 races, however, I will only pull the trigger if something looks solid. Ongoing cooler, tomorrow is day 20, will it end?, I think so, and on a high note!
