Matty Athearn from post 7 driving major betts at 4/1 parked out Brett Beckwith from post 5 driving Dance Monkey at 4/5.

Just watched the replay. Beckwith's horse was moving up very slowly and never got within a length of the #7. His problem started when the #7 circled him out of the gate and he was indecisive whether to tuck in 3rd or not and hesitated.

You just don't see this happening here.  same for the Ohio circuit of scioto/dayton/Miami valley.

Beckwith's horse was easy to hang because he wasn't moving fast enough for the other driver to even consider grabbing up and letting him go. He who hesitates gets parked.

Sounds like some of the people I used to work with. Some couldn't get thru a sentence without cussing.

Watched the replay. The 7 outleft everyone. Beckwith got looped and could easily have sat in the 3-hole. For a 2nd, it looked like he was going to. Changed his mind and never could get near the 7, Major Betts who won easily.
