Of course HISA has nothing to do with harness racing.....But, while I am not the biggest fan of the CHRB, and like some other governing bodies that are now "doing something" because they've done nothing for many years, because now HISA is the new sheriff in town-----other than the FBI/Fishman case, which Gural was the catalyst for-----when was the last time a harness racing governing body did anything substantial like this.....before HISA was around?
