I love lox and  bagels

Few decent ones in Chicago on north side

But in New York it’s another time zone

They are ridiculous.

Everything bagel run twice toasted  with lox and the works

Or everything bagel with eggs and sturgeon

I like both and brisket too. Potato pancakes are awesome. A good matzah ball soup is nice on occasion too.

Agree on the tongue. But chopped liver is a delicacy.

If you never tried a bialy, give it a go. There is a decent frozen bialy called Rays tou can get at the supermaeket
