Dr Ian Moore  has 3 horses racing in sire stakes at the meadows in Pennsylvania all 3 won. He has good water also at his barn

Testing can't keep up with racetrack chemists. All the money they are spending and WASTING should be given to the Feds to use for surprise raids at farms and homes of trainers and veterinarians. The labs think they are winning when they catch a dexamethasone or banamine positive. Big fucking deal. In the meantime, the other nine winners on the card are loaded with EPO and Opioids.

I don't know if he is dirty or not, but there are also plenty of legal reasons a trainer who is a veterinarian is an advantage.

Harness racing is chemical warfare. The sport refusing to crackdown on the obvious cheats...left many no choice.
Mickey Burke, Rich Banca, Nick Surick, Rene Allard, and many others could not train a horse. They cheated and forced others to do so.
Even worse was the Pena situation. A 6% trainer at Cal Expo became the leading trainer at every east coast track. He got tossed...BUT...ev eryone knew he had many beards & nothing was done.
Today you have Ron Burke. If other didn't cheat they couldn't compete. It sucks how far the game has fallen.
If you have some talent and don't cheat...minor shares is what you get. In order to stay in the game and make a living...you go to the dark side.

Top 3 trainer in Delaware for over 10 years. Had a barn of over 30 head plus. Horse earnings of over 10 Million dollars! Owned a Million dollar house all because he can't train Lassie to Bark!  ngc3

Earings and wins don't equal talent. Most times it means you have the right stuff.

His % is almost insane...

They train in Florida and he brings his horses North
and they lay over all the Canada winter trained colts.

All good sized horses..

many racing off the charts..

In a $64k stakes at Mohawk..He had 2 starters
several weeks ago.

Ran 1-2 both at around even money in 1:50:4!!!!

2 year olds!!! (Shalom Hanover)

Shalom Hanover then raced yesterday on Adios Day..

Blew out the field in 1:50:4 on a 5/8 !!

You can Ai his entire crop..

He started with (16) yearlings...

No idea.....

The fact that he is a vet certainly raises eyebrows.

Sure seems like he has a distinct advantage...

Maybe he has them on a body building regimen down in

the Sunshine start...?

It’s really too bad to all the people who race and don’t juice up their horses. Pocono & Tioga is another place where the cheats go to win and get away with it. Same trainers always winning. Commission coming into home barns on the wrong days to test. What a joke…
