Andrew.....volunteering is one of the best things a person can do. I too, have volunteered for certain events here in Maine. You'd be surprised at how many organizations here depend almost entirely on volunteers. Good for you!

Maine's a big state "land wise" with a very small population. So they depend on volunteers for almost everything.
