Dan Rawlings... 7th whipping violation in 365 day period!
8K and license revoked!

Brandon Cruse... 7th violation since 9/25 and gets only $250 fine.

Looks like it's cheaper to beat the shit out of them in Pa.!!

Is it realistic to eliminate whips from all horse racing?   I've been wondering about that. Lazy horses would not perform.

There is a slight difference in their past track records.

Then why hasn’t Ceba been suspended or revoked?  Doesn’t he have like 50?

I’m sure you’re correct, I just don’t remember him being out for that long.

What did that guy named Allison have to say to get suspended 6 months for a disagreement about a break in a qualifier?  Right or wrong, kinda stupid to get yourself suspended over that.

It said he made inappropriate and threatening language to the judges and the race secretary who was present. Even so, 6 months seems like a lot and it was dumb of him in the first place.

What would the fine/suspension be in this was in any other state?

Look up the races Dan got in trouble for . Especially the last 2 . If you tell me that he deserves that not that anyone would care but I’ll never post again .

With 47 whipping violations in total, at what point do you draw the line?

I think he was be watched extra close.  But for good reason.  Just looking for a reason to toss him.  He’s bad for the game.
