MGM and its holdings to be taken over by People Inc. headed Barry Diller for $18 billion plus all debt held by MGM.

And Caesars Entertainment is selling out to Tilman Fertitta  for $18 Bil. That includes HorseShoe, Hoosier, Philly, Scioto 1 or 2 more.

MGM is just Yonkers, I think.

Fertitta has spent the last year as USA Ambassador to Italy.

I wonder if he thinks the deals horsemen cut with the tracks are great for business.

MGM just sold Northfield last fall as well

MGM is looking to back out of New York. They have to pay 35% to New York State which is bullshit.
