He can deal with whatever level of horse he and his owners want. The difference here, IMO, is the amount of $$ his ownership group has, you would think they wouldn't need the comparatively small purses. You want to race cheap horses, fine. Then treat them like your non-cheap horses, and with some respect. I am all for racing older, step-down horses, but not all of them can do that. Squeezing the very last penny out of these horses just shows the level of greed and the level of regard for the horse.
