So Tioga will be the new Monticello west for more purse $$$$$ and horses that will be better on a bigger track?

And Tioga will be Buffalo South for a bigger track but a little less money?

Only 2+ hours from Vernon to Tioga.  More money/smaller track?

Pocono horses will have a much easier time with less competition and less money?  They'll get a chance to make money at Tioga, unlike pococo?
