This entire situation has been very difficult for US citizens living on a fixed income! Too many seniors are forced to decide whether to buy gas for the car or eat properly. It's a terrible thing to have to deal with. I feel there should be a fuel subsidy long before the U.S. sends a single dime to aid any foreign country affected by the impact of this war!
What will the financial qualifications be for this?
Will it be based politically on party allegiance?
Rumor has it in the past trump wouldn’t help blue states.
The same for this if it would cone to fruition?
