It’s 9pm on a Friday.  Who should I call at 9pm on a non-racing light?  Thought I’d ask your opinion.  I assume their bylaws say they reciprocate the suspension but who the hell knows anymore.  PA seems to let any suspended asshole race there and I think they are supposed to honor other states suspensions.

Reciprocity pending interpretation. I don't think there's been anywhere that has followed as advertised. Including the USTA who says they reciprocate with Canada, right? Who still has a membership in good standing who has been tossed from there. And Davis has been stayed pending a hearing. At least they made a move. Only thing I can say is yes there are investigations going on in multiple places regarding multiple people.
