Hawthorne and Fairmount

         How the hell did Illinois racing come to this.  So many great tracks , Arlington Sportsmans Park  Balmoral Maywood Park all gone.    Lousy Government Lousy Politicians has to be the answer.

Very simple, PISS POOR MANAGEMENT ! When the river of cash is flowing,terrible management thinks and acts as though it will never stop. It's more than obvious that T.C. fell into this category. If the politicians are to blame, then the problem is still management for failure to see the signs and adjust accordingly IMO!
