i spoke to the njrc yesterday. they were turning it into the investigators. who knows if they will follow up. he didn't sound surprised. i told him joe killed one at gaitway and described what he did. told him there were witnesses. he wrote what i was telling him down.

sooooo if they are doing their jobs someone should be floating around today or soon. i won't get my hopes up.

Reality is he did turn in a report on the horse Saturday night at M1. NJRC has had it since and a necropsy was performed. I'll be able to see the full report in 2 weeks when it's sent.

One thing I've learned is you need facts. Third party doesn't work. Something like this it's gotta be eyes or even better....video. Problem with that is, I've seen video. The story isn't jiving.

I already have a preliminary report from the necropsy. I also have a video of the horse training. And I'm not saying much more until the full report is released. All I see here and have heard elsewhere is pure hearsay. Unless someone had first hand accounting of anything people have said or video of what third parties say happened. Like I told someone just a few minutes ago, it's not what we think, it's facts. Sorry, that's the way it is.
