His last name is Briwn and he is the race caller at Delaware Park

He isn't very good at either place

Joshua Brown is the announcer at Delaware Park and seems to have a much clearer voice there than he does at Yonkers. Maybe Yonkers sound system is so bad it's distorting his voice, who knows. They do have a few things in common, they like to paint a picture of the obvious, are forever mentioning the horse's odds during the race and don't know when to shut up. In my opinion the guy at Yonkers has a little NJ or NY accent. I mute the announcers at most tracks because most aren't very good.

Monday night was Joe Romanelli.. hes border line as bad as John Horne.  I cant listen to Horne its an auto mute.

Romanelli was last night as well. He's screams like a jackass. I have to turn the sound off when he is calling.

Edison and Anthony sometimes call the races on Fridays when Romanelli is working the Meadowlands.

I cant even stomach the romanelli paddock interviews.  He stumbles for words and makes it so awkward.

Joe is really bad. He talks waaay to fast and trips over his own tongue.   He cant pronounce most of the owners names .  His grammar and run on sentences is something he didnt learn in elementary school, but he is better than the guy that mumbles.  They had Stabile who actually wanted the job and most people really liked, but they settled for guys that are no good
