I BELIEVE I ALREADY STATED THIS HOOSIER IS A JOKE ON PURSES BUT THE ILLINOIS HORSEMAN THAT ARE KEEPING HOOSIER OPEN ARE USE TO THE WELFARE PURSES SO HOOSIER JUST KEEPS DROPPING THEM. tmbz1
