He deserved some kind of "double secret probation" including piss tests to drive again.
Given some of the bad actors and scum in this business, it seemed hypercritical to lock him out.

I know he feels the same way as you do. Even though he'll admit to you he made bad mistakes. But the powers that be will never let him race anywhere except New England.
