FanDuel no longer owns Fairmount Park Racetrack; they sold it to Accel Entertainment, a video gaming operator, in late 2024, with the acquisition closing in December 2024. FanDuel previously partnered with the track (then called Fairmount Park) in 2020, renaming it FanDuel Sportsbook & Horse Racing and adding a sportsbook, but Accel now owns the facility and plans major casino development there, with the track name reverting to Fairmount Park.

That's alot of money to be bouncing checks. I believe thats a felony  charge at that amount.

Racing board shows 31 people getting $ some a good chunk of change when they stake racing is pretty much non existent and has been that way for years

What’s as mind boggling as anything pertaining to this is that the Illinois horseman continue to enter to race. Can someone explain why anyone would even consider entering to race at a track that has bounced checks, not once, but twice.  And please don’t say they need to race to make a living they are not getting paid.  And how is this douschebag track not brought up on charges of fraud or deceptive practices?
