Too much booze gets most. It got him, too. When sober, a super nice guy. When drunk, no idea what he is doing. Obviously, he didn't learn his lesson in jail for driving drunk. Too Bad

The guy is truly troubled with substance addiction. Years ago. I watched him and another driver snort lines off the dash of his truck multiple times that summer.  His truck stood out like him. He had some stupid vanity license plate that said. I Send Em

Currently sitting in a cell in Buffalo. Awaiting a deportation hearing. He is not a USA citizen. My guess, next stop Canada.

Thanks. It's been over a month now. Probably good and dried-out.

He is still at the detention place in new york. I was told that nothing will happen while the government is shut down.

  • dougie: IIB, I think the mayor will sign the bill if it reaches his desk. The optics on this issue is bad for the horse carriage industry. Animal activists are adept to using the media to enlist horror and anger by the public.

  • Ignorance Is Bliss: It's now a bill with city council. Public hearings will be scheduled then the council votes on it. If passed it's sent to the Mayor to sign into law. He has already said he's in. Marte just took over, Bob Holden is the actual author of the bill who retired last year.

  • dougie: IIB, I have been reading some of the work Councilman Marte has been doing on this issue. I think he might be successful with passing the 'Ryders Law" Bill this time around. The image of the horse dead on the street has even been seen here everywhere. If the animal activists can get this on the ballot, who knows how the vote will go.
