Gambling Day I, Wednesday, 9/3/25
« on: September 03, 2025, 11:32:39 AM »
I am looking at one race today, Thistledown, Race 1 (12:50pm).  It's on the dirt, a Maiden Special Weight now down to 7 horses from 8 and going 6f.  The weather looks like a Fast track there.

The horse that scratched (#7) was to be a first time runner, so these remaining 3 yo fillies have all raced at 2 and if not then at 3 yo.

Clearly by their pps, the #3 and #8 are the standouts.  The #3 reared up pretty significantly out of the gate in her last race and came strong at the end.  If she avoids that I think she betters the 8 who seems to need more time between races.  The 1,2,5 look awful, even the 2 with the jockey upgrade, and virtually impossible to see them turning it around today.  The #6 is now racing again, 2nd time, coming off a long layoff with a better trainer, so interesting.  I hope the surprise is the #4, this horse is bred by the same family that owned her Mare that won a 1/2 mil clams.

3468.  A little hope with the longshots 4 and 6, however the 3 clearly looks ready to roll and the one to beat on paper.

I named this thread Day I, the reason is that I'm going to be doing a gambling thread each day.  However no matter what day, what stakes races and who is running, for the foreseeable future I only will be handicapping and wagering on only ONE RACE PER DAY and no more.  No budget limitation, could be $25 could be $1000 bet for that race. At the end of the day I will either post a W or L.

More focus on what I am to study and bet, and better for my current stamina and gives me a chance to watch more races and see if there are any horses and or situations I should follow as I deleted all the horses in both my harness and t-bred virtual stables, so I am committed to nothing.  I could root for my pals that show up and more time to chat about their races. It's a fresh start off a very long cooler that lasted a month with only 1 winning day.

Good Luck everyone!   ;D

If you play Finger Fuck...I mean Finger Lakes...wait..no. .Finger Fuck is right  ngc3 ngc3  Watch Luis Gutierrez horses.  He is obviously doping his entire barn lately.  Either that or fixed races to let him win races.  He is a track favorite as you can hear it when Dave mentions him.    He is in love with his LU GU  ngc3 ngc3   I'm just waiting for Relyu's old man to get busted but I don't think they drug test horses at that track.  It's a dump.  All of them are dopers there.  That's why those horses can't win races anywhere else.  They are doped up pigs!

But anyways..don't leave LU GU off your ticket if you play that shit hole!    I stopped playing the track.  Don't like the corruption and bullshit

ngc3 Wager small or large and get Finger Fucked! ngc3

We saw some crazy shit there too recently and it sounds like you have the pulse, thank you.

I'm not sure if it is still applicable but it's really not my cup of tea, very small tracks, small purses, small handles, some are so poor they can't even afford legal stuff like lasix. They race like their life depends on it, not very talent rich either which is what would sway me away.  Maybe something to do a handicapping non wagering test on.

LMFAO  spot on! ngc3 ngc3 ngc3

Watch the replay of race 6!  Focus on the jockey of 1A ..Penis brain.   Watch him stand up way before the wire and look behind him and to the left of him.  His name is Pena but I like Penis brain better  ngc3 ngc3  He stiffed 4th ...obviously there were some bets made in that race by jockeys.  It's a shit show.  Cheating fucks all over the place.   I have scored wins but I'm so done with that shit now.

They need to close that dump down and put everyone out of business!

I watched the race as your requested.  1m 70y, The 1A leaving from the 10 hole reared up in the gate a couple of secs before it opened.  Went to the front and instead of staying wide as he couldn't make the lead or didn't want to go that fast backed off the pace, then came on and looked like a placing contender at least, then looked like he was finished, however you are 100% he pulled up and gave up a couple of strides too early and it cost his backers 4th for sure.

I know a few people who were ticked off after that race!  We all saw what he did before the wire and killed a lot of superfectas.  Disgusting!  I'm so tired of this shit!  And Fort Erie today announced they announced that fuck face Kirk Johnson did nothing wrong in that race weeks ago.  yeah, right.   11.wp 11.wp  I stopped playing that track a year last year after I saw a stiff job by Amanda Vandershit  .   I emailed the track about it.  She was off her mounts next day and that weekend at Woodbine.  But after that I was done.  Never again playing that dump!

Been watching FL this week. Appears ELITE or some other devious group are getting to some of the FL crew. Race 1 favorite was yanked out of the gate today. Exotics were short

I spoke to the stewards this morning at Belterra for 8 minutes this morning.  Regarding the Albin Jimenez suspension and how the #2 Lebron's horse was never given a second look.  Problem with stewards in general, if they miss something they never want to admit instead of saying let's give it another look.

As per KJ, AGCO involved, say no more  ngc3.  They're asking the former horse's trainers about the horse any stupid bullshit, they actually create excuses for cheating so ridiculous it's incredulous.  They're all corrupt, AGCO is really dirty and that's why they need to be bypassed and included in the original horse racing complaint now to be submitted to the Canadian AG.  See if he's a man or a corrupt mouse.

Northfield   I speed handicapped the rest of the card. Lets see how it goes

Race 6  It seems like the mdws shippers hold the edge if they stay flat

When someone is on a multi-race winning streak, we can call that a Timonium lol!

You have a crazy knack for horses to finish 2nd,  one time using 1 or 2 in a pick 4 they were all 2nd.  I think your bet of choice might be the NYRA Grand Slam, ahhhh  tmbz1

TRIG: JOHN FRANK ARMY got sum thins to say.
(1) I like your new srategy. One bet a day makes perfect sense. I liked muliples in day. Place alls,Pic 6'sixes,grand slam, ecetra.
(2) I'll chime in on one other thin also. If their was a sequence with MSW,especially 2 years old,I would lay off. And never play PIC ALLS,especially at SANTA or DEL,unless it only a 8 race card and there a carryover in their PIC 6 pool. I know, stringent rules, but I abide by them. WON some nice pools by my patience.
(3) So,one day after races over at ARLINGTON,I'm sittin outside MR'D'S which is open for another oiple hours to bet late tracks. I'M sittin with MOSES YANEZ,a very nice guy and trainer(although won very few races) but a friend of mine. Also with DONNA LUPEY another trainer who never won and her husband MIKE the tack room manager, who were good friends of mine. And the interisting gentalman was jockey COREY NAKATANI who was ridin at ARLINGTON at time, who was friends with the aforementioned. TOOO BE CONTINUED.....
