Why should I answer a question that was framed by you? Are you some sort of guru on the subject or do you actually believe all the propaganda you read in the various leftist rags?

Kantseeback.....while I haven't really talked politics much lately, I have to respond to the "Bold" statement by you. I think that it's very "premature" to annoint President Trump as "the greatest president in American history". As a supporter of the President and a GOPer, he has tried to accomplish a lot in his first six months. I think that he has been quite successful on following points.1) He has closed the border and illegals trying to cross over into America is at a trickle.2) His unwavering support for Israel is consistent and in the best interest for America.3) He is a big supporter of our military and police4) He has helped settle various "hot spot" wars that have been going on for years.5) He has been using all "tools" in his shed to weed out and find criminals illegally in our nation.But there are some promises that he has not fulfilled as he has underestimated the difficulty "curve" of these issues.1) His promise to bring gas prices to "$2.10" a gallon has not materialized. High gas prices which translates to heating oil and fuel makes it tougher for Americans as winter approaches.2) His promise to end the Russia-Ukraine war on "Day 1" was a sad exaggeration of his power to move these parties to end the war. We see that now as the summit produced little and the President is getting frustrated with Putin.3) His promise to bring down the price of groceries has not happened as he had hoped. This "bread and butter" issue, always a big factor at the polls will have to be addressed better if our party is to hold the House in 2026.4) While the "wholesale" firings have been popular with his base, he has slowly and quietly hired back many who are considered "essential" to running these agencies. 5) His reduction of funding for research on various diseases is something almost all voters disagree with. it comes across as "mean-spirited" and short sighted politically. He must try and find a way to keep the funding intact so Americans can see him as a compassionate human being.So as I said earlier kantseeback, we have a long way to go in President Trump's presidency. While I hope he will silence his critics, and remain a successful "populist" , the jury is still out.
