Why is it all these Investigations just have to do with Breeders? Why don't they go after the real problem on the racing side?  How can somebody who has broodmares cheat or hurt our industry? The one problem is we don't have enough horses being bred if anything we need to figure out a way to breed more horses not penalize the people that do. If they where would we be as an industry? Without them, we would have nothing.

Maybe because some breeders also own racehorses that are trained by nogoodniks?
