The fines for Kelsey and Pamela Wagner total $652,000. Chances are they don't have that kind of money so how do they plan to get paid, by taking them to court and having them put a lien on their property or garnish their assets or wages from the sale of their horses?

The only way to save horse racing is for them to become the enhanced games. A few of the trainers have already adapted the enhanced games in their stables and the rest haven't. Just switched to the enhanced games harness racing throw all the testing out the window and start setting some new records

The USTA needs to be no more. Another organization needs to be formed & takeover. I'm aware it won't happen. Nothing done to Faraldo & now looking the other way with Ford. Said he pulled in over 900K but only fined 652K. What about the other 248K? Doesn't say anything about returning purse money. Plus, Kelsey and Pam can appeal and tie this up for years! Apparently, he's free and clear with the money he pulled out of Va. and MD for this year. Thats well over 150K

Word is Wagner was caught sitting out on the Apron at ocean downs and was escorted off the property by security. Wonder if that’s a violation?
