I am all for ridding the sport and business of all thieves, crooks, cheaters, whatever. All for it. Period.

However, related note, I can't help but feel this is too little too late to instill and have any confidence in the USTA. I also think it's political and posturing. Even if it's not, I don't have any confidence in their enforcement abilities. Yes, let the USTA revoke their membership, ban them, even preclude them from "being involved in the business" per se (a la Surick), but let another regulatory agency do the same, more, and enforce!

I noticed this also and was thinking same think.  Guaranteed he was involved in it also.   Honestly I would love to see the Wagner clan lose their house, cars and everything in between.  Scum bags had it coming to them!  Been cheating for years and kept it rolling.

I believe many were involved ...lots of corruption at Rosecroft and Shenandoah.  Both of which I will never look at again.  My take on this is...both tracks should also be held responsible for what took place.  They allowed these horses to run.  How much were they in on it also?  I bet ...A LOT .

The USTA needs to be no more. Another organization needs to be formed & takeover. I'm aware it won't happen. Nothing done to Faraldo & now looking the other way with Ford. A complete sham trying to appear like they are doing something. Is the timing of Wagner/huge fines to deflect the attention away from Ford?
