We bet on/against several trainers every weekend at the meadowlands that Cote and 5 Stones caught and gural banned.
Grasso might be back treating horses there by the end of the year

Funny it says may be reciprocated in other states...but isn't a requirement to ban him in other states.  I'm sure there is a state that will license him.

He was sneaking in and out of Delaware for years before he got caught. Then he would stop at the border to make his exchanges after that. It's like saying we gotta crack down on gun laws, that'll fix it. Yet the criminals buy their weapons from the black market. People really are fucking stupid. But at least the commission did "something".
