Du Lac was found to contain Methamphetamine. This is a Class 1 Penalty Class A drug.
Mr. Ward Waive his right to a hearing. He is hereby fined $1000 and suspended 365 days.
Pocahontas Du Lac is disqualified and as a result of that disqualification all purse money
must be returned for redistribution ($2500.00). This is Mr. Ward First offense in the last 365
days. If this ruling is not appealed the suspension will be reduced to $1000 fine & 60 days
suspension (with 305 days stayed pending no Class 1 or 2 positives in the next 365 days)

What a fucking joke. In Pennsylvania, and Delaware, Methamphetamine gets you 10 days. In Ohio, if you don't appeal, you get 60 days suspension, and there were no "mitigating circumstances" in the Ohio case. Maybe the DEA needs to be brought in to clean up this cesspool.
